About
Maria Alejandra is a Sonoma County resident who has lived in Healdsburg for most of her life. She has enjoyed drawing, crocheting, and embroidering since she was a child, and has been captured by her curiosity and love for photography since adolescence. Her works often portray themes surrounding family, stories, myths, and her childhood. She is a BA candidate in Studio Arts at Sonoma State University with an emphasis on Photography, and with an expected graduation in the spring of 2017. She aspires to continue working at her current job at North Coast Vineyard Management and continue pursuing her art. Her future project will be a documentary which will center on labor workers at NCVM and the environment of vineyard management.
